From Photograph to Heirloom
A simple, guided process designed to feel personal at every step.

Choose Your Portrait
Select the package that fits your photograph, the people featured, and the level of customization you need.
Review the Classic, Signature, and Heirloom packages. Classic also offers a 2-for-$100 deal. If unsure, select "Not Sure" on the order form and we will guide you.

Submit Your Image
Upload your photograph and share the story behind it.
Upload JPG, JPEG, PNG, or HEIC. We recommend the original file rather than a screenshot. Older or lower-resolution photos may still be reviewed.

Deposit and Confirmation
A deposit or full payment secures your order.
Deposits are nonrefundable once artwork creation begins. You may pay in full or submit a deposit with the balance due before printing.

Review Your Proof
You receive a digital portrait proof for review before anything is printed.
No canvas will be ordered until you approve the final portrait. Additional revisions beyond your package are $10 each.
05
Printing and Delivery
Once approved, your portrait is printed on 16×20 canvas and prepared for you.
Timelines depend on order volume and complexity. Shipping is calculated separately.
